Born where the waters speak French, Alexis Sahr is based in Louisiana and shaped by the quiet resilience of her French Acadian ancestors, a gentle undercurrent that resonates in her work. Inspired from a young age by her mother, Alexis explored art early, taking only a few small classes before embracing a self-taught path.
